Crypto versus Fiat Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed in the currency class corresponding to the funding method used. Crypto withdrawals are sent to the BK99 linked wallet and require the appropriate network confirmations before completion. Fiat withdrawals are issued to the bank account or e‑wallet designated at the time of withdrawal, subject to identity and source of funds verification. Chargebacks, Refunds, and Reversals
