Self-Exclusion and Time-Out Policy

BK99 provides Self-Exclusion and Time-Out options to support responsible gaming. This policy outlines the periods available, the activation process, and the effects on your BK99 account, including deposits, bets, and withdrawals during an exclusion or timeout.

Time-Out

A Time-Out is a temporary break from all BK99 products. Once a Time-Out is initiated, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, place bets, or access any BK99 products for the selected period. The available Time-Out durations are displayed in your Account Profile in the Time-Out section and may vary by jurisdiction. A Time-Out may be revoked only after a minimum of 24 hours from the initial request. Upon expiry, the Time-Out ends and your BK99 account is automatically re-activated.

Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion is a longer-term restriction chosen by you for a stated period. Where you select Self-Exclusion for a defined duration, your BK99 account will be closed for that period and you will be unable to login, bet, or access BK99 products. Available exclusion periods are communicated to you at the time of submission and cannot be varied from the pre-selected options. Typical periods include six months, one year, two years, five years, or permanent exclusion.

Activation of Self-Exclusion is initiated by your written request. BK99 will acknowledge and begin the exclusion process. After acknowledgment, an initial stage 24-hour cooling-off period will apply during which the account remains inaccessible for gambling activity. During this stage, the available Self-Exclusion periods are presented to you for selection. To proceed, you must respond by electronic or written notice confirming the chosen period. If no response is received within a further 24 hours, the request will be deemed withdrawn and your account may be reopened with confirmation by BK99.

During the Self-Exclusion period, your BK99 account will be disabled and you will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds for the duration of the exclusion. Upon expiry of the Self-Exclusion, your account will automatically be re-activated unless you have taken further action to extend or renew the exclusion.

Financial Protection and Account Controls

When you set up your BK99 account, or at any time thereafter, you may impose financial limits in the My Account area. These may include daily deposit limits, loss limits, and session limits. If you exceed any self-imposed limit, further actions related to that limit will be restricted, until you revoke or adjust the limit in accordance with this policy.

Any request to revoke a limit or an exclusion must be submitted in writing or via electronic notice. BK99 will consider such requests, but reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion to approve or deny the revocation. We will take reasonable steps to ensure the Self-Exclusion procedure is followed and will endeavour to prevent promotional material from reaching customers who have exercised Self-Exclusion. The customer accepts that BK99 shall not be responsible for continued play by using new or altered registration details or through other means, including any promotional material inadvertently forwarded to the customer.

Additional Guidance and Compliance

Under-18 participation in BK99 is strictly prohibited. If any account is identified as belonging to a person under the legal gambling age, BK99 will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and internal policies.
