General Betting Rules and Settlement

Bk99 settles each market when the outcome is officially determined. If an outright or long term market is decided by an official announcement, Bk99 may void bets placed after the publication of the outcome. If a match is not completed and a result is declared by the referee or an official source, settlements follow that official outcome. If an announcement is issued more than 48 hours after the end of the event and any undecided bets were treated as undecided, settlement will stand for those bets. Player specials markets are excluded from these general settlement provisions. When a market is not determined earlier in the game, Bk99 settles the result based on the standard duration of the event unless the market description on the website states otherwise. This section governs how and when bets are deemed resolved versus void.

Bet Acceptance, Limits and Cancellations

  • Bk99 reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any bet without disclosure of reasons if required.
  • If a bet is not accepted, the customer’s stake is refunded promptly.
  • Before an event starts, Bk99 may void or cancel part or all of a bet even after acceptance without giving a reason. After an event starts, Bk99 may void or cancel part or all of a bet if a valid reason exists such as a palpable error in event wording or odds, or if a customer attempts to bypass limits or is engaged in prohibited betting activity.
  • If a system interruption occurs during bet placement, customers should check their betting history once the system is available to confirm acceptance.
  • Where a validated error affects odds or event details, Bk99 may adjust, cancel or void affected bets in accordance with the error remedy policy.
  • Bk99 may cancel all bets on an event if venue, fundamental conditions or timing of the event change in a way that affects outcome certainty.

Event Changes and Postponements

  • If an event is postponed or rescheduled beyond a stated window, Bk99 may void all bets unless the event resumes within the defined period and kick-off times shift in a manner accepted by the operator.
  • For venue changes or radical alterations to event circumstances, Bk99 reserves the right to cancel or settle bets based on the new conditions or to void where appropriate.
  • Outright markets are subject to play or pay rules. Bets on participants stand regardless of a listed participant’s actual participation, unless otherwise specified. Head to head markets are excluded from this rule; if a listed participant is replaced, team level markets may remain valid while individual participant markets may be void.

Live Betting Rules

  • Live bets are accepted on main and additional outcomes. Bets can be placed as single live bets or combined into an express, and are deemed accepted after server confirmation. Live odds shown at acceptance may be locked and will not be altered for that bet.
  • Bk99 is not liable for inaccuracies in live feed results supplied by third parties; customers should verify information from independent sources if necessary.
  • Live bets are not edited or deleted except in special cases described in the general provisions.

VAR and Officiating Decisions

  • If a Video Assistant Referee decision conflicts with the on pitch decision and alters the understood state of the match at the time of bet placement, bets placed in the interval between the original incident and the final decision may be voided, unless the odds offered for the bet are unaffected by the VAR decision or already accounted for at the time of acceptance.
  • Settlement for unrelated bets remains valid where not influenced by the VAR outcome. Bk99 reserves the right to reverse settled offers if the final decision renders prior settlements inaccurate, provided the decision is made and communicated before conclusions of the match or the applicable settlement window.

Odds, Rounding and Settlement Timelines

  • For display purposes, Bk99 applies two decimal digit truncation on displayed odds. Total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal digit, while total winnings are truncated to two decimal digits. Any discrepancies are attributable to rounding rules.
  • The maximum time frame between settlement of a betslip and any re-settlement is 30 days.

Outright Markets and Play or Pay

Outright markets, whether short term or long term, are subject to a play or pay rule. Bets on participants stand normally even if a listed participant cannot take part, and are settled as losses for that participant’s market. Head to head markets are excluded; if a listed participant does not take part, related head to head markets are void. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team based markets remain valid while individual participant markets may be void. This rule applies to markets such as Winner, Top 3, Top 5 and similar outright formats.

Scorers and Player Markets

  • Scorers First, Last and Anytime goals apply to regular time unless the market states otherwise. Own goals are treated as no scorer unless the game contains only own goals and are excluded from scorer counts where applicable.
  • First Goalscorer is void if the player never plays or enters after the opening goal, except for cases involving an own goal which is ignored. Last Goalscorer is void if the player never plays. Player to score applies to any listed player regardless of entry time. Anytime Goalscorer applies to any player who participates in the game.
  • If a match is abandoned but at least one scorer has occurred, bets on the first scorer may still be valid while last scorer bets may be void; otherwise, scorer markets follow standard settlement based on regular time results and any overtime is disregarded unless explicitly stated in the market description.

Disputes and Reporting

Claims regarding results or settlements must be reported and substantiated within 10 calendar days from the end of the event, supported by official documentation from the competition organizers. If official results differ from broadcast data, Bk99 reserves the right to rely on official sources or independent verification to finalize settlements. In cases of data inconsistency across sources, Bk99 may suspend winnings until verification is completed.

Compliance and Responsible Gaming

Bk99 operates in accordance with applicable customer verification and anti money laundering policies. KYC procedures, self exclusion options and responsible gaming measures apply to all customers. Bets placed while subject to restricted activity or when verification is pending may be suspended or voided in line with regulatory obligations and company policy.
