Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BK99 gaming platform (the Service). By registering an account or placing wagers, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the Game Rules applicable to specific Games. Only one account may be opened per natural person. BK99 may suspend or close any duplicate or suspected duplicate account and may void bets or bonuses associated with such accounts. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account you must notify BK99 immediately and take steps to secure your account.

Access and Use

You may access and use the Service only for personal, non professional purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or engage in activities that violate applicable laws or BK99 policies. You may not transfer funds between accounts or accept funds from other account holders. You must comply with the Terms and with the Game Rules for each game.

Geographical Restrictions

Access to the Service from countries or regions where gambling is prohibited or restricted is not permitted. You acknowledge that entering the Service from a restricted jurisdiction may expose BK99 to penalties and may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of winnings. You agree to immediately logout and cease access if you travel to a restricted jurisdiction.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds

You may fund your BK99 account only with methods that are valid, issued in your name, and legally owned. You cannot play on credit. BK99 may require verification prior to processing any withdrawal and may withhold funds pending completion of such verification. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to reasonable processing times and security checks. BK99 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or reverse any payment believed to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions offered by BK99 are subject to these Terms and the specific Promotion Terms. Bonuses may be granted on a one-time or recurring basis and are subject to wagering requirements, expiration periods and maximum stake limits where applicable. Eligibility for promotions may depend on your country of residence and account status. Opt-in is required for each promotion unless stated otherwise.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Games on the BK99 platform are governed by the applicable Game Rules. Outcomes are determined by approved randomization methods and certified testing processes. BK99 reserves the right to suspend or void bets or winnings if there is evidence of tampering, collusion, fraud or manipulation of the platform or games.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own lawful gambling activities. You may upload or submit content in accordance with these Terms; BK99 obtains a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display user content solely for operation and improvement of the Service as described in the Privacy and Content policies. This license ends when you remove such content unless other lawful rights apply.

Security and Fraud Prevention

BK99 will implement reasonable security measures to protect user data and funds. You agree to cooperate with verification checks and to provide information requested by BK99 to comply with anti-fraud and AML requirements. BK99 may suspend funds or block an account to protect against suspected fraud or money laundering activities.

Changes to the Terms

Termination and Suspension

BK99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate an account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, non compliance with verification requests, or prohibited activity. Funds remaining on the account at termination will be handled in accordance with internal policies and applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

BK99 makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BK99 excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. In any event, BK99's aggregate liability for direct losses arising from a single incident shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your BK99 account in the preceding 12 months, or such other amount as required by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BK99 holds a valid license and operates the Service. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory dispute resolution procedures, including applicable consumer redress mechanisms. Regulatory decisions may be enforced in appropriate jurisdictions.

Force Majeure

Neither BK99 nor the user shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond the reasonable control of the party, including acts of God, war, natural disasters, or government actions.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with any Game Rules and Promotion Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and BK99 and supersede all prior representations. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
